Cooper, to perform Commercial, Industrial, Heavy, Municipal and Public Works, and Residential construction. Mr. O'Connor served as President of Integrity, Inc. until the time of his death in December 2001. During the first quarter of 2002, three Integrity, Inc. employees purchased approximately 80% of the outstanding common stock of Integrity, Inc. The remaining 20% of Company Stock is held by other Integrity, Inc. employees. Integrity, Inc. has always and
