Integrity,
Inc. is aware of the fact that employee safety is the
most important consideration in the planning and
operation of all company-wide activities. Safety
is essential for employee welfare, morale, and
employee relations. With this in mind, our
management has established a comprehensive
Safety Program within all departments and at all
levels. Construction is one of the most
dangerous businesses in the world. Integrity,
Inc. feels no part of our job will be so
important we cannot take time to do it safely. |

On June
5, 2001, Integrity, Inc., a member of the AGC,
entered into a partnership
agreement with OSHA. The primary goals of the AGC / OSHA
Partnership are:
- To
collect and analyze worker injury data to
determine the causes of injuries occurring on
construction sites so that pro-active measures can
be taken to prevent injuries.

Establish construction training programs to create
an educated and well informed construction
employee.
- To
improve written safety and health programs and to
involve employees in every aspect of the site
inspection process.
- To
promote a cooperative relationship between OSHA,
the AGC and its members and establish mutual
respect.
With
safety being on the forefront of everything
Integrity, Inc. does, participating in the Cooperative Partnership
between the AGC and OSHA is certain to be mutually
beneficial and rewarding.

Integrity, Inc. is committed to following safe work
practices as established by OSHA as well as those
internal procedures developed by its clients.
Integrity, Inc. requires that each employee be
trained in the use of appropriate personal
protective equipment when engineering and
administrative controls can not abate the potential
for employee exposure to hazardous conditions. Each
employee is required to follow established safety
rules and safe work practices in all phases of his
duties. Integrity’s management is devoted to
providing adequate monies for the achievement of all
approved safety goals.
